How many coaching sessions will I need to see results?
The number of sessions required varies depending on your specific goals and challenges. Some clients may start seeing changes after a few sessions, while others might benefit from ongoing coaching over several months. Typically, I recommend an initial commitment of three sessions to lay a solid foundation for lasting change.
How long are typical coaching sessions?
A typical coaching session will take around 45 to 60 minutes.
What qualifications does The Frank Coach hold?
I am a certified Mindset & Empowerment Coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School and hold a Level 7 International Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Leadership Development. I also hold a Level 1 & 2 in Mental Health Awareness and a BA(hons) Marketing Management.
Do you offer virtual coaching sessions, and how do they work?
Yes, I offer virtual coaching sessions, which can be conducted via Microsoft Teams. These sessions are just as effective as in-person meetings and provide the flexibility to connect from the comfort of your own space. During the virtual sessions, we’ll engage in real-time discussions, goal-setting, and strategy development, just as we would face-to-face.
