I became a certified Mindset & Empowerment Coach due to a deeply personal journey, that now fuels my passion for helping others and creating change.
Diagnosed with depression and anxiety, I faced a mental breakdown that led to losing everything: my family, home, and businesses.
In my darkest moments, I was suicidal and utterly lost.
Through a journey of self-development and mindfulness, I began to unlock the secrets of the mind and build a greater understanding of how to look after it.
I rebuilt my life from the ground up. I pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching & Leadership Development, read over 100 self-development books, and conquered physical challenges to strengthen my mental fitness.

My mission now is to change peoples attitudes towards their minds to understand, respect and nurture them.
